Here is what is involved in each week
WEEK 1
- Spiritual Preparation After Miscarriage –
What healing do you require after miscarriage? How can you prepare your spiritual space? How can you be with grief? How can you acknowledge your emotions in this time? What does spirit baby want to share?
Spiritual preparation is important because after loss you have to rest, attune to your body, support your emotions, and be open to new spiritual connections. Many experience trauma and grief, which is typical after a miscarriage. Your trauma could be mild or severe. Your grief deserves a conversation and a space to process and get loving support.
As you prepare and connect to what serves you after a shocking miscarriage then you must come to deeper self realizations that may enter your conscious psychic space over days to weeks to sometimes months or even longer.
Your spirit baby has a different and unique reason and purpose to being in between worlds.
You will learn how to prepare your energy self, manage fears, explore your spiritual relationship with yourself and in partnership (if in partnership), and work with intuition to align yourself with spirit baby communication.

- Being with Baby –
Your Heart Communication
What does baby want to share with you? Are you listening to baby spirit? Do you trust yourself?
How do you open to new agreements? What do YOU need next?
Spirit baby or babies can be very loud or very quiet. You will be invited to get clarity on how communication works for you and what kind of relationship you continue to create together. It is not just about a one way connection.
Babies have a beautiful way of sharing their soul personality to parents. Babies work with parents to come into this world. Babies are not just waiting on a cloud to be born. Instead, they are adapting, developing, creating, and evolving in ways we may never truly understand.
It can be very stressful to move into the unknown, but you may feel the call that is leading you into parenthood. Listening to your light baby will offer ease and give you ways to feel confident with how you communicate and tune into your spiritual practice with your baby.
Many women do not want to communicate out of fear and feelings of guilt or betrayal that can come up. Your emotional reaction to loss is meant to stir the energy. And in that you will understand how to create change in your physical, emotional, and spiritual environment.

The journey from pregnancy into loss is never just about you or baby, but others that hold family lineages and energies.
The frequency of baby being may always be changing and sometimes things are not meant to be discovered, which can be very confusing to a wanted pregnancy. The healing journey into a full term pregnancy can be very a deepening and life changing experience, especially when bringing in self awareness, self compassion, and self love.

- Energizing Your Spiritual Path For Parenthood -
What does it mean to experience a rebirth? How can baby/babies in spirit guide you in your pregnancy? What does baby need from you (others in your life)?
You are a parent. A spirit baby or babies are connected to you. You are allowed to be pregnant and hold pregnancy into birth.
Being a host to a potential life is humbling and deserves recognition. Your ritual of awareness with spirit baby is available and your inner spiritual practice will bring you into it.
