It may be hard to understand that your child is evolving in spirit world and that she/he acknowledge every breath you take and every tear you shed and every message of love you send.  Learn how communication through spirit awareness will encourage you to listen and pay attention to working with signs, symbols, and messages in nighttime dreams, day dreams, premonitions, and more.

Your grief is sacred.  It will take time and dedication to trust and build into your consciousness what it means to be open and available for your grief.  You are allowed space to explore death more deeply as an every day awareness.  It is not negative to do that or is it wrong. Learn about grief, ritual, your spiritual self and how to apply spirit baby practices into healing for future conception and pregnancy.
